Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology Welcomes 2025 Batch with Orientation and Inaugural Ceremony

Pathanamthitta, 13 August 2025 – Musaliar College of Engineering & Technology, Pathanamthitta, hosted the Orientation Program and Inaugural Ceremony for the 2025 batch at the College Auditorium, formally welcoming the new students into the institution’s academic community.

The program commenced with Shri P I Sherief Mohammed, Chairman of Musaliar Education Trust, delivering the Welcome and Presidential Address, underlining the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and holistic development. Shri P I Habeeb Mohammed, Treasurer of Musaliar Education Trust, and Group Captain R Jayaprasad, Dean (Academics & Administration), offered felicitations, appreciating the aspirations and potential of the new batch.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Brigadier Anand Kumar, Air Defence, Indian Army, who served as the Chief Guest and delivered an inspiring keynote address to the students and parents. During the event, the Chief Guest also presented mementos to the college toppers and university rank holders in recognition of their outstanding achievements.

The sessions featured distinguished resource persons – Mr. Raneesh Rahman, Corporate Trainer, NSDC, and Ms. Raysa P S, Career Counsellor – who provided valuable guidance on career readiness and professional growth.

Dr. Priya G Das, Principal, extended a warm greeting to the gathering and shared insights on academic opportunities and discipline. The ceremony saw the active participation of parents, faculty members, and well-wishers, creating a vibrant and encouraging atmosphere.
