Dr. Sonia Katherin Mathew is an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Marketing at Musaliar Institute of Management (MIM), Pathanamthitta, Kerala, India. She obtained her MBA (Dual specialization)-HRM (Major) and Marketing (Minor) from Visveswaraiah Technological University (VTU), Belgaum, Karnataka and Ph.D. from School of Management and Business Studies, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. She was a MANF -UGC scholar while doing her Ph.D. She has more than 16 years of experience and profound expertise in teaching postgraduate and Research Programmes.
She has contributed many research papers and articles in national and international journals and has also presented her work in many international and national conferences. Her broad areas of interest include Entrepreneurial Attitude Orientation among youth, Social Entrepreneurship, Small Scale Industrial Development, Attitudinal studies, Corporate Social Responsibility of Entrepreneurs and Foreign Direct Investment in Entrepreneurship. She has edited and penned few books. She is also a resource person in the area of Social Entrepreneurship.
